Providing Book Sets to Students Across the Nation and Around the World.
part·ner: people engaged together in the same activity; in this case teaching children history and tolerance
Teachers and students alike are excited to see sets of books written by their peers coming into their classroom. Thank you Thrivent Financial Action Teams for donating sets to Costa Catholic School in Galesburg, Illinois and Saint Paul the Apostle Catholic School in Davenport, Iowa.
This is a unique opportunity for students to be engaged in history in a way that helps develop character. They use critical thinking skills in writing and illustrating a book to share what they have learned with young readers.

Our small project has potential to make big impact in your community. When we come together to put books written by kids for kids in a school or a library (or many schools or libraries) in your town to enhance student learning, it is a unique educational partnership.
Partners can include anyone
(individuals, businesses, etc.) who is interested in or committed to enriching the lives of students, families, schools and community. Please consider helping us provide book sets to schools (public, private, or home school groups), public libraries or Little Free libraries, and/or youth groups in places of worship across the nation.
Our goal is to educate children and create empathy but also, to inspire young authors to tell more stories. Many senior citizens have nothing but time on their hands since Covid keeps them in their homes more than usual. The same is true with students. Now is a great time to interview a subject over the phone or on FaceTime.
Students will be sure to be inspired reading any of the sets of ten different titles to choose from (eight different sets shown left).
Book sales of these stories ensure we can continue our mission of helping more students became published
authors and illustrators.
Our goal is that more important stories from the Greatest Generation are told.
